In order to control repair charges and better expedite your repair, IMS requests the following information on all units sent back for evaluation/repair. Please answer the following questions as thoroughly as possible. Review IMS Repair Policy and Prices.

To enhance testing and turnaround, please ship RMA units with the matching cable/connector if possible.

RETURN PACKAGING NOTES
- All products should be placed in anti-static packaging for shipping.
- Any product damage during shipping is the sender's responsibility.
